Grants Radio
Thirty-five years of published grantmaking, played. One grant, one note. A year takes a minute; April is a wall of sound.

Sleeve notes
- Pitch follows log amount: a £250 village hall grant is a high chime; an eight-figure government award is a low floor-shaking event.
- Pan follows longitude, so money moves in the stereo field from west to east. About 77% of notes have a location; the rest sit in the centre.
- Timbre is funder type: government is strings, lottery is bells, trusts and foundations are woodwind.
- Time is compressed so one calendar year lasts sixty seconds. April arrives every minute as a dense wall; 2020 sounds unlike 2019.
