Notes
- Location is the registered office of the recipient organisation. That manufactures false deserts where local work is done by a charity headquartered elsewhere; the HQ filter above removes the worst of that (national multi-district orgs and large London HQs).
- Need-adjusted divides £ per head by English IMD 2019 average score (higher score = more deprived). Scotland, Wales and NI are omitted from that ranking (296 English districts scored).
